DEMO BEGINS!

Great news!!

We have officially started demo for our Wave Haven project that will bring a new modern and sleek development to Cocoa Beach. Wave Haven will be a mixed use project in Cocoa Beach. This beautiful development will consist of 2 commercial units, 2 apartments and 2 town homes. We are aiming for completion in spring of 2025!
