We have prevailed!
After a long and tedious 11 month submittal process, on July 20th, Wave Developments LLC and OG Enterprises prevailed by getting a recommended approval from city staff and final site plan approval with a 5-0 vote with ZERO conditions from the Cocoa Beach City council for our proposed commercial parking lot in downtown Cocoa Beach.
