We have prevailed!

We are pleased to announce that after a long and tedious 11 month submittal process, on July 20th, Wave Developments LLC and OG Enterprises prevailed by getting a recommended approval from city staff and final site plan approval with a 5-0 vote with ZERO conditions from the Cocoa Beach City council for our proposed commercial parking lot in downtown Cocoa Beach. This will be the first privately owned commercial parking garage in downtown Cocoa Beach . Wave Developments LLC along with OG Enterprises worked extremely hard to make sure this development met all zoning requirements and conditions for approval set by the planning board. We are very excited to see this project come to life! Next up is submitting full building and site plans. The approval of this proposed development is only an example of what OG Enterprises is capable of accomplishing. We look forward on continuing to build our community to make it a better place to work, live and play.
